A Bit About Me
I’m Jannyl V. Molina, training as a Law Clerk Specialist, with a focus on legal research and analysis in the emerging field of psychedelic law. My work is fueled by a strong belief that thoughtful drug policy reform can help establish safe, ethical, and accessible psychedelic-assisted therapies.
Prior to the legal field, I worked in Design and Marketing Communications in roles that deepened my understanding of the complex systems surrounding psychedelics — from healthcare practices to shifting cultural narratives. Those experiences gave me a unique perspective on how law, policy, and public engagement intersect in shaping the future of psychedelic therapies.
I hold a Bachelor of Design in Industrial & Product Design (OCAD University) and a Marketing Diploma (Humber College). As I continue my legal studies, I remain committed to advocating for drug policy reform, regulated access, and ethical applications of psychedelic therapies. My long-term goal is meaningful psychedelic law reform, bridging gaps between law, healthcare, and policy.
Beyond psychedelic law, I have a strong interest in criminal law and family law, where questions of justice, equity and human impact drive my professional values.
